December 31 Happy New YearWell it is that time of year again, and I'm doing the tacky New Year's Resolution Blog.
Hooray for me.
I hope everyone who reads this (like, all 4 of you) had a great Christmas and best wishes for 2007, etc etc.
Here are my resolutions for 2007:
I WILL:
- save more cash
- work harder at uni
- try to be nice to my mum
- get my drivers licence
- try to stop biting my nails
- chuck out the clothes i dont wear anymore instead of keeping them to "customise" them, and instead leaving them in my pile of fabric for months and months
- expand my horizons (whatever that means)
- make sure my costumes for High School Musical kick arse
- learn an awesome new skill (but i havent decided what yet!)
I WILL NOT:
- eat junk food nearly every day
- get drunk every second weekend
- spend as much time on the computer
- forget to send letters to my friends overseas
- fall asleep in my uni lectures, or draw crazy pictures in the margins of my friend's notes
That's all I can think of right now, and I have to go get ready to work, and then party.
Happy New Year and Adios to 2006.
It was a pretty good year. I think after I recover from my hangover resulting from said party, I will post a retrospective of the year's events, and my predictions for 2007. yes..that will be my next entry :) December 19 Greetings...You may have noticed the big, blatant, glaring, bold advertisement posted above this entry.

See the marvels of Cait's costume designing, and a really awesome show full of awesomely talented people.
Yes, it isnt until May, but that doesnt matter.
It's well worth seeing, i'll guarantee that.
:)
Oh, and...
MERRY CHRISTMAS
December 09 I've had it.I have long had a longing to uproot and move north, to brisbane.
Now, after far too many viewings of RENT on dvd, the allure of a bohemian lifestyle in a warm climate is almost too tempting to bear.
There is not a lot to keep me in Ballarat, apart from my job, and my "hobby" - designing costumes for BLOC.
I've already had a job offer from Brent, he needs a costume designer. Of course, there is no pay involved, but there's a promise of a bohemian socialist lifestyle, everyone sharing everything, and so on.
sounds delightful to me.
shame i have no cash... |
